Ed Boisson, R.W. Beck

Ed Boisson is a senior consultant with R.W. Beck, Inc. specializing in recycling industry development. He has over 22 years of experience in the private, government and non-profit sectors. Ed's work focuses on public-private partnerships and documenting the life-cycle impacts of materials management practices. As a consultant to the State of California's tire recycling program, he managed their Tire Business Assistance Program for three years, and recently his team completed a detailed evaluation of California's tire market development programs. Ed was formerly Executive Director of the Northeast Recycling Council and in the early 90s was a staffer to the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
