Fees:
$375 USD per person for the 2 day symposium. Includes all course materials,
continental breakfasts (Wednesday and Thursday), refreshment breaks (Wednesday and Thursday), networking luncheon (Wednesday), and open bar social reception (Wednesday evening).
Airfare, lodging, and other meals and expenses are not included.
Group Discounts:
Group Discounts are available for companies with more than one symposium
attendee. Includes the same meals and materials as the full rate for each
participant.
$375 USD Symposium Registration Fee for the First Participant
$325 USD Symposium Registration Fee for Each Additional Participant
$195 USD Symposium Registration Fee for the Third Participant
State and Government Employee Discounted Rate:
All Federal, State, and Local Government Employees, from the United States
may attend the symposium at the reduced rate of $195 per person. Includes
the same meals and materials as the full rate.
Guest Rate:
$30 per Guest, includes the luncheon November 3, 2010. Please fill out the
registration form for each guest in addition to the registration form
for the symposium attendees.
Cancellations:
A $25 processing fee will be applied should you need to cancel. If you
cancel more than 5 days before the conference date, you will receive a
refund for the fees you paid, less the $25 processing fee. If you cancel
5 days or less before the conference date, you will not receive a refund.
Substitutions can be made at any time.
Hotel Accommodations
Please go to the Accommodations page for information on how to reserve your sleeping rooms for the conference.
Symposium Registration Information:
Please fill out one registration form per person. You will receive
an email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your registration
information. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact
the ARTS staff at 864-656-6799.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. If paying by credit card, please
fill out the registration form below and click "credit card".
Someone from our office will contact you for your credit card information.
If paying by check, please fill out this registration form, click "check"
and send your check made out to Clemson University to:
